Brad founded OreNova in 2025, pairing AI automation experience with mineral processing engineering expertise.
Brad has worked across gold, phosphate, uranium, and rare earth processing plant design, spanning beneficiation, hydrometallurgy, and pilot plant development, with engineering expertise in mechanical equipment selection, piping systems, concentrate handling, and materials of construction for corrosive and abrasive process environments.
He also developed a 3D heat transfer model for radioisotope heater units used in spacecraft applications, requiring advanced computational modelling across complex thermal environments.
Alongside OreNova, Brad consults to SMEs on implementing AI within their operations, focused on delivering quantifiable, measurable results.
